2 years in prison for texting or fiddling with a gadget?? Communist Russia wasn't this oppressive. What's a techno-file to do in the UK? its a bit harsh I think. I've done the occasional swerve whist texting, but isn't that supposed to train us for future accident avoidance maneuvers?
